It's the real deal! Art Deco Filigree with Diamonds and Emeralds! These period pieces are so hard to find these days. This is probably from the 1920s. The emeralds are synthetic. Rarely were these made with natural emeralds. Size 7 in 18kt white gold with 1/4 ctw of diamonds.
